We are proud to recognize Steve Wyder for achieving a significant defense victory involving the disallowance of an entire claim alleging injuries to the neck, low back, both shoulders, and ankle following a rideshare accident.

Despite the claimant’s testimony and medical reports asserting serious, causally related injuries, Steve successfully demonstrated that the evidence simply did not support those claims. Through the strategic presentation of photographs of the vehicle damage and video footage of the accident, he persuasively established that the incident amounted to nothing more than a minor sideswipe collision—one incapable of producing the extensive injuries alleged.
