Congratulations to Stephen Wyder on securing another successful result before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.

In this matter, the Board Panel affirmed the Workers’ Compensation Law Judge’s decision in its entirety, agreeing that the claimant’s medical evidence lacked credibility and rejecting efforts to preclude the carrier’s independent medical examination report. The Board found that the carrier’s medical evidence remained the only credible permanency opinion in the record and continued the case accordingly.
