Mr. Terzulli prides himself on his ability to provide quality legal services to carriers, third party administrators and employers in all forms of workers’ compensation matters. He knows that compensation claims have real life impacts on businesses and their principals. From the inception of a claim to its final closure, Mr. Terzulli is a strong advocate for his clients at any stage of a claim.

Mr. Terzulli’s litigation experience is wide-ranging, including chemical exposure claims, fraud, complex coverage claims and traumatic brain injuries. Beyond the hearing process, he routinely handles settlements pursuant to WCL § 32, CMS submissions and third party consent letters. His experience includes advising clients regarding proceedings pursuant to General Municipal Law § 207-c and Loss Transfer arbitration proceedings. His appellate level work includes authorship of the winning brief in Rodriguez v. Metal Cladding, 104 A.D.3d 1045 (3d Dept. 2013), a case affecting the right of employers and carriers to request transfer of liability to the Special Fund for stale claims.

Since being admitted to the New York State Bar in 2006, Mr. Terzulli has focused his practice solely on workers’ compensation related matters. He was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County.
