H&W attorney, John Land successfully uncovered fraudulent misrepresentation of physical capabilities by a claimant, leading to a disqualification of indemnity benefits. Despite claiming total disability and limited physical abilities, surveillance revealed the claimant actively participating in strenuous activities at the gym, including boxing, and often without his required back brace. The Law Judge sided with our findings, imposing penalties and permanently barring future indemnity benefits due to the severity of the misrepresentations.

Persistence Leads to Loss Transfer Recovery after Responsible Insurance Carrier Refuses to Pay
